Since all products sold by NeusLab are digital, there are no physical items to ship. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital PDF document immediately. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
